The Choice by Edith Eger

I finished this wonderful book yesterday and it's one I really didn't want to end. It took me a few days to get through and every page, every sentence was an honour to read. It's taught me so much that I didn't know about Auschwits, about trauma and the way that can impact our lives + those around us. It's got me very interested in psychology and has opened my eyes to some things about my own life I hadn't realised before.

Thank you @dr.editheger for putting your journey on paper and giving people the privilege of reading it. It's an incredibly important story to tell and one all of us can take something away from❤️
